The Process

When you meet with our jewelers, they will sort your item(s), verify metal type and purity, and provide a clear explanation of how the value of each item is determined and tested. They will weigh those items in front of you (after removing any stones/non-metal), and provide their value based on the current market pricing.

This process is done together with you, and each step of testing and weighing is fully transparent. We are happy to answer any questions you have and there is no pressure to sell.

For person-to-person consultations of larger collections or personal estate valuations, we require appointments.
