I went in to see if I could have a larger sapphire put into my wedding ring. Past jewelers have just told me no. Katey greeted me and started helping right away and ordered in sapphires for me to choose from. The selection was nice because I actually picked a little lighter blue than I would think I'd like. I picked up my ring yesterday and I absolutely LOVE it! Thank you so much! Katey also gave me these before and after photos of my ring.

It’s very haunting trying to figure out what places cost to size jewelry in general & who does good work!! We didn’t HESITATE to take it to Miller’s because they were VERY transparent about there price & even rushed our ring!! I didn’t even think TWICE that there was a SMALL rush charge because they didn’t even take 24 FULL hours to size it!! THE RHODIUM upgrade REALLY made my ring sparkle ❇️ like a BRAND new ring! 💍. The staff = 10/10 stars ⭐️ they really are nice, genuine and transparent, and very knowledgeable! Trusting jewelry salespeople can be sketchy but I feel 100% comfortable buying from millers & trusting the goldsmith work! I even saw 👀 some new pieces I might need to add to my collection as I was sizing and waiting for my piece! So helpful! My Godmother gave me a significant piece...that I only wore twice in the last 15+ years. The Miller CAD software produced ideas and allowed virtual tweaks in the final design steps. Now my new, updated pendant is just right. Bonus: That heavy 1980's / 90's gold was taken in at today's (higher) value and turned in to store credit. I believe this: Gifts that just sit in a box don't really honor the intent of the giver. Wearing reset stones is a beautiful way to share the joy and love that was the backstory for the gift. ❤️

I can not say enough good things about Miller's Jewelry! I have been in multiple times for a lot of different products and they have always taken care of me. I went in to pick out an engagement ring and ended up custom designing one instead and it is perfect. They helped me figure out what I liked and offered suggestions that fit with what I was looking for. I also needed to get a ring for my husband and since he is such a procrastinator it was a week before our wedding and he still didn't have one. Miller's was able to help me get a ring that fits him and our budget that we are both super happy with. There are many other times I've gone and they always help me find exactly what I'm looking for at affordable prices as well. If I could give them 10 stars I would in a heartbeat. I highly recommend them for any jewelry needs you have!!!

Millers has the most beautiful jewelry and the absolutely nicest and most informative sales people and Goldsmith that I have ever met. I’ve done some custom work with them using jewelry pieces I have had my whole life, and the work is absolutely beautiful. I cannot say enough good things about this jewelry storeAnd if you give them a chance, you will feel the exact same way and be so pleased that you did!

Had to wait for a bit to review to avoid spoiling the surprise for my now-fiancée, but they did a beautiful, fast, and fairly-priced job repairing my grandmother’s wedding set (and of course, she said yes)! Everyone was great in-store as well - I grew up in Annandale and it was well-worth the drive out from the suburbs. A well-earned 5 stars.
