Miller's jewelry located in Annandale, MN is a quaint, comfortable , family owned business. Jewelry of all kinds are nicely displayed. I especially liked viewing the estate jewelry case. Katey, without a doubt , is a customers best friend. She searched tirelessly to find a ring reset I was happy with. Yet when I chose to have my original ring resized instead of a reset Katey was nonplussed. She was highly professional, fun to visit with, patient and kind. We will definately choose Miller's Jewelry for clock and watch repair as well. This business is not an overly lit, sterile feeling place. Very nice staff also that are not in a hurry to make a sale. We were 100% satisfied.

I decided to use an older wedding ring set to let my granddaughter create a ring for her graduation gift from grandma and grandpa. Katie helped us through the process. It was thoroughly enjoyable and we ended up with a beautiful ring. In 4 years when my youngest granddaughter graduates we will use the other half of diamonds and go through the process again. I’ve recently made several visits to Miller Jewelry and every visit has been incredible. I needed to have my diamond reset in my wedding ring, which they did there, not having to send it out! I then needed a First Communion gift and asked for help because of my indecisive self! Sooooo helpful! Finally, my ring needed resizing. No problem, done in days! These guys are so kind and helpful. So helpful! My Godmother gave me a significant piece...that I only wore twice in the last 15+ years. The Miller CAD software produced ideas and allowed virtual tweaks in the final design steps. Now my new, updated pendant is just right. Bonus: That heavy 1980's / 90's gold was taken in at today's (higher) value and turned in to store credit. I believe this: Gifts that just sit in a box don't really honor the intent of the giver. Wearing reset stones is a beautiful way to share the joy and love that was the backstory for the gift. ❤️

I went in to see if I could have a larger sapphire put into my wedding ring. Past jewelers have just told me no. Katey greeted me and started helping right away and ordered in sapphires for me to choose from. The selection was nice because I actually picked a little lighter blue than I would think I'd like. I picked up my ring yesterday and I absolutely LOVE it! Thank you so much! Katey also gave me these before and after photos of my ring.

It’s very haunting trying to figure out what places cost to size jewelry in general & who does good work!! We didn’t HESITATE to take it to Miller’s because they were VERY transparent about there price & even rushed our ring!! I didn’t even think TWICE that there was a SMALL rush charge because they didn’t even take 24 FULL hours to size it!! THE RHODIUM upgrade REALLY made my ring sparkle ❇️ like a BRAND new ring! 💍. The staff = 10/10 stars ⭐️ they really are nice, genuine and transparent, and very knowledgeable! Trusting jewelry salespeople can be sketchy but I feel 100% comfortable buying from millers & trusting the goldsmith work! I even saw 👀 some new pieces I might need to add to my collection as I was sizing and waiting for my piece!
