We offer a wide range of quality, on-site services including jewelry and timepiece repair, custom design, stone setting, engraving, appraisals and more. You don’t have to sacrifice quality for fast turnaround. We do nearly all of our repairs on-site. Whatever you are entrusting to us will be back in your hands quickly and safely.
Jewelry Repair
On-site repair is provided by experienced bench jewelers and gemologists. From prong work to full re-designs, we have been trusted for generations.
Timepiece Repair
We service all types of clocks, from Grandfather to vintage pocket watches. We offer band replacement, sizing and batteries as well.
Custom Design
We provide a number of custom design services including fabricating, lost wax casting, and CAD design. If you have a vision in mind or can’t find exactly what you’re looking for, let us create it for you! engraving
Personalization can be done to giftware, watches, and many types of jewelry sold in our store. We do provide engraving on items purchased elsewhere such as calculators and medical alert bracelets. We also offer a variety of plates that can be adhered to many gifts and clocks with your messages.

Wedding: rings, cake server, picture frames
Groomsman gifts: pocket/filet knives, flasks, bottle openers, money clips

estate valuations & appraisals, Trade-in
We provide estate valuations and appraisals on all types of items. Our jewelers will identify and educate you on the metals, stones and provide values. This type of valuation is for families sorting an estate, person-to-person, or trade-in (not replacement due to loss/theft.)
For your own convenience, you can call ahead or request an appointment here. For person-to-person consultations of larger collections or personal estate valuations, we require appointments.
insurance appraisals
We provide insurance appraisals for replacement purposes of higher value items to provide coverage for future loss or damage.
This document is provided free of charge with new purchases in our store. We also offer appraisals for new and existing items acquired elsewhere. If you have questions or need an appraisal, please give us a call or contact us.
