The vast majority of repairs can be accomplished in a week or less, many are completed in just 2-3 days. If you have a special request for same day service, it is best to call ahead. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Our experienced bench jewelers handle repairs within our building. In the rare case that your jewelry needs a service that we cannot complete in our store and needs to be sent out, we will discuss that with you prior to leaving your jewelry. Stone recutting or polishing, and warranty work performed by the manufacturer, are the most common examples of this.
